Profile, theme and support
Profile details, theme choice, legal pages and where to get help.
Profile#
The Profile page shows:
- avatar initials;
- name and role;
- email and phone;
- user ID;
- company, business type, organisation status and business address.
These fields are read-only in the current profile screen.
Theme#
Open the sun or moon control in the header and select Light, Dark or System. System follows your device preference. The selection persists between sessions.
Legal and contact pages#
From the user menu, open these in a new tab: Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions and Contact Us. You can also read them on the website:
Get support#
Email support@miyatravel.com for help. For payment problems, include the provider order or payment ID. For verification changes, include your registered email and organisation name.
Frequently asked questions#
Can I edit my profile?
Profile fields are read-only in the current interface. Organisation admins can edit public contact details from the organisation profile.
Does the theme sync across devices?
The selection persists between sessions. System mode follows each device.
