REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be requested for services purchased on Travel Leads Portal.


2. Subscription Services

For subscription-based plans:

  • Users may cancel at any time from their account dashboard
  • Cancellation stops future billing
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time unless required by law

3. One-Time Payments

For one-time purchases:

  • Refunds are only issued if the service was not delivered
  • Once leads or data are accessed, refunds are not applicable
  • Duplicate or accidental payments are eligible for review

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, users must contact support with:

  • Registered email
  • Payment receipt
  • Reason for refund request

We review requests within a reasonable timeframe.


5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.


6. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:

  • Abuse of refund policy
  • Fraudulent activity
