Passwordless login with a six-digit code, and how to log out.
Passwordless login#
- Open
/loginat agent.miyatravel.com. - Enter your work email.
- Enter your phone number, including country code.
- Request the OTP.
- Enter the six-digit code sent to your email.
- Select Resend code after the countdown if you need a new code.
- On success you return to the workspace, or to the protected page that first asked you to log in.
If the email and phone pair does not match a registered account, or the code or session is invalid, the form shows the error and does not log you in.
Tip
Sales agents must use the exact email and phone number their admin entered in the invitation.
Log out#
- Open the user menu at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Select Logout.
- You return to
/login, even if the server-side logout request itself fails.
If the OTP does not arrive#
- Verify the work email and phone number.
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Wait for the resend timer, then resend.
- Do not reuse a code from an older session.

Do I need a password for Miya Travel?
No. Login uses your email, phone number and a six-digit one-time password.
Why does login say my details are wrong?
The email and phone number must match the registered account exactly. A sales agent must use the details their admin entered when inviting them.
I see a waiting screen after login. Why?
Your account exists but is not attached to an organisation yet. Ask an organisation admin to add you to the team.
