Organisation profile
Review your agency details, update public contact information and manage your logo and documents.
This page is for organisation admins only.
View organisation details#
The top card shows your company name with its Verified badge, business type, email and phone, plus an Edit button. Business Information lists business type, registration number, GST number and pincode, and is locked after verification. Contact Information lists the business address, phone, email, alternate email and alternate phone. Online Presence sits below it.
The profile displays:
- company name with verification and status badges;
- business type, address, registration, GST and pincode information;
- primary contact details;
- alternate contact details;
- website and social links;
- uploaded verification documents;
- company logo.
Primary contact details cannot be changed from the organisation profile.
Edit the public and contact profile#
- Select Edit at the top right of the organisation card.
- Update website, social links, alternate phone and alternate email.
- Save.
Change the company logo#
- Select the edit control on the logo.
- Upload a PNG or JPG up to 5 MB.
- Wait for the upload confirmation.
Open documents#
Select Open on a document. Public logo URLs open directly. Private documents open through a generated secure link. If a protected document needs replacement, contact support.
Frequently asked questions#
Can I change my primary phone or email?
Not from the organisation profile. Primary contact details are fixed there.
Can I replace a verification document?
Protected documents cannot normally be replaced after upload. Contact support. The logo can be replaced.
What file types can I upload?
Verification documents accept PDF, PNG, JPG and JPEG up to 5 MB. Logos accept PNG or JPG up to 5 MB.
