## Business workspace roles

| Role | How the account is created | Main access |
|---|---|---|
| Organisation Admin | Self-service sign-up | Full organisation setup, leads, campaigns, customers, quotations, packages, templates, content, calendar, agents, organisation profile, wallet and subscription |
| Organisation Sales Agent | Invited by an organisation admin | Assigned leads, follow-ups, customers, quotations, packages, templates, content, calendar and profile |
| User without an organisation | Authenticated but not attached to an organisation | A waiting screen until an admin adds the user to an organisation |

## Important access rules

- Sales agents cannot create their own accounts from the sign-up page.
- Only an organisation admin sees **Lead Campaigns** in the main navigation.
- Only an organisation admin can add manual leads, manage agents, edit the organisation, view the wallet, add balance or manage the subscription.
- Customers, quotes, packages, templates, policies and notes, and the calendar are premium features.
- A feature can be hidden or blocked if the organisation is not approved, active, subscribed or entitled to that feature.
- Sales agents generally work with leads assigned to them. Admins have organisation-wide controls.
- Only an organisation admin can edit a lead's phone number from lead details.

## Organisation states that affect access

| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Details are being saved |
| Terms & Conditions | The admin still needs to accept the terms |
| Under Review | Verification is in progress, normally 1 to 5 minutes |
| Approved / Verified | Verification is complete |
| Rejected | Verification was rejected |
| Suspended | Access requires support assistance |

The organisation itself can also be active, inactive or deleted. Wallet top-up needs both an active organisation and approved verification.

## If a menu item is missing

Check these in order:

1. Your user role.
2. Whether the organisation exists.
3. Verification and active status.
4. Premium subscription or trial status.
5. Whether the feature is configured for your environment.
