# Lead campaigns

> Subscribe to managed lead campaigns on Miya Travel. We run Meta, Instagram and LinkedIn ads and send inquiries to your dashboard. Pay in rupees.

Lead campaigns are available to **organisation admins** only. Miya Travel runs the ad campaigns on Meta, Instagram and LinkedIn. You do not create any ads yourself.

## Open Lead Campaigns

Select **Lead Campaigns** in the sidebar. The page has two tabs, **My Subscriptions** and **All Campaigns**, and a filter at the top right. Until you subscribe, **My Subscriptions** shows **No Subscriptions** with a **Browse all campaigns** button.

## Find campaigns

1. Open **Lead Campaigns**.
2. Choose **All Campaigns**.
3. Filter by platform (Google, Meta or LinkedIn), country and state.
4. Review the name, description, platform, active dates, status, geography and lead price where shown.

## Subscribe and operate a campaign

1. Select an available campaign.
2. Confirm the subscription.
3. The campaign appears in **My Subscriptions**.
4. Leads received from it start entering your lead pipeline and use wallet balance based on the campaign's lead price.
5. Pause a running subscription when you want leads to stop temporarily.
6. Resume a paused subscription when ready.
7. Unsubscribe to stop receiving future leads, and confirm the action.

A campaign's state and your subscription status are separate. A subscription can exist while its delivery is paused or stopped.

> **Important:** Make sure your [wallet](/docs/wallet/) has enough balance. Each campaign lead is charged at the campaign's lead price.

## How lead prices stay current

For active Google and Meta campaigns that have subscribers, Miya Travel refreshes the lead price automatically about every 20 minutes (India time). The price comes from the campaign's recent cost per lead, so it can rise or fall over time. A Google lead-form submission also triggers an immediate refresh for that campaign.

> **Note:** A new price applies to leads delivered after the update. Leads you already received are not re-charged or refunded when the price changes.

## What happens to a campaign lead

Leads are distributed one by one to subscribed agencies. They land in your pipeline with their source, campaign name and platform. Assign, remind, quote and track them like any other lead. See [Leads](/docs/leads/).

### Who runs the ads?
The Miya Travel team. You subscribe to campaigns and receive leads.

### How much does a lead cost?
Each campaign shows its own lead price. The amount is deducted from your wallet when a lead is delivered.

### Can the lead price change?
Yes. For Google and Meta campaigns the price is refreshed automatically about every 20 minutes. The new price applies only to later leads, never to leads already delivered.

### Can I pause leads?
Yes. Pause a subscription to stop delivery, resume it later, or unsubscribe.

### Why don't I see any campaigns?
The platform team must configure active campaigns. Filters can also hide results, so clear them and retry.

### Can sales agents subscribe to campaigns?
No. Lead Campaigns is shown only to organisation admins.
