# How Miya Travel works

## What the workspace covers

The Miya Travel business workspace is the CRM used by a travel organisation and its sales team. It covers:

- passwordless sign-up and login;
- organisation onboarding and verification;
- dashboard analytics;
- lead capture, assignment, follow-up, pipeline management and conversion;
- campaign subscriptions and purchased leads;
- customer records and travel history;
- quotation and itinerary creation;
- reusable packages, content and PDF templates;
- trip calendar;
- team, wallet and subscription management.

## From inquiry to booking

1. **A lead arrives.** It comes from a subscribed campaign or a website enquiry, or an admin adds it manually.
2. **The admin assigns it** to a sales agent.
3. **The agent contacts the traveler,** records notes and moves the lead from New to Contacted to Qualified.
4. **The agent builds a quotation** from scratch or from a saved package, and downloads the PDF.
5. **The lead is set to Quoted,** then **Won** when the traveler accepts.
6. **A customer record is created or linked** when the lead becomes Quoted or Won, and the trip appears in the customer's travel history and the trips calendar.

## How lead campaigns work

Miya Travel runs the ad campaigns itself on Meta, Instagram and LinkedIn. You do not create ads. When you subscribe to a campaign, leads from it are distributed one by one to subscribed agencies and each lead is charged to your wallet at the campaign's lead price. ## What needs a premium plan

Access depends on your role, your organisation's status and your plan. Customers, quotes, packages, templates, policies and notes, and the calendar are premium features. ### Do I need to run ads myself?
No. The Miya Travel team manages the campaigns. You subscribe to the ones that suit your business.

### Is Miya Travel only for Kashmir agencies?
No. Miya Travel is for travel agencies, tour operators and travel agents across India.

### Where is my data saved?
Quotes and packages saved to the server are available across devices to authorised users. Unfinished drafts are stored only in your browser.
