## Frequently asked questions

### What is Miya Travel?
Miya Travel is cloud-based travel agency management software and a travel CRM. It brings leads, customers, a trips calendar, quotations, itineraries, templates and policies into one dashboard, and offers managed lead campaigns.

### Who is it for?
Travel agents, tour operators and travel agencies in India, from solo consultants to growing teams.

### How do I sign up?
Go to [agent.miyatravel.com/signup](https://agent.miyatravel.com/signup), choose **Organisation Admin**, enter your name, email and phone, and verify the six-digit OTP. See [Sign up and onboarding](/docs/sign-up-and-onboarding/).

### Is there a password?
No. Login uses your email, phone number and a one-time password.

### Can my sales agents sign up on their own?
No. An organisation admin invites them from the Agents page. See [Invite and manage agents](/docs/invite-and-manage-agents/).

### Do I need a GST number to join?
No. GSTIN is optional. If you enter one, it must be a valid 15-character Indian GSTIN.

### Is there a free trial?
Eligible organisations can start a free trial from the header. The length comes from platform settings. Your Subscription page shows the exact start and end dates. See [Subscription and free trial](/docs/subscription-and-free-trial/).

### What costs money?
Campaign leads are charged to your wallet at each campaign's lead price. Premium plans are activated using wallet balance. See the [pricing page](/pricing/) for current plans.

### How do I add money to my wallet?
Open Wallet, select **Add balance**, choose a plan and pay through Razorpay or Cashfree. One rupee equals one credit. See [Wallet and top-ups](/docs/wallet/).

### Who runs the lead campaigns?
The Miya Travel team runs the ads on Meta, Instagram and LinkedIn. You subscribe and receive leads. See [Lead campaigns](/docs/lead-campaigns/).

### Can I pause lead delivery?
Yes. Pause a subscription, resume it later or unsubscribe.

### Does Miya Travel have AI?
Yes. The itinerary builder can generate a draft from your destination, days and interests. You must review it before sending. See [AI itinerary generator](/docs/ai-itinerary-generator/).

### Can I make quotations with my own branding?
Yes. Customise a PDF template and pick it when you preview or download a quote. See [PDF templates](/docs/pdf-templates/).

### Can I add GST to a quotation?
Yes. The pricing section includes a GST percentage.

### Where are my unfinished quotes?
Drafts are stored in your browser, not on the server. Save to the server to keep them across devices.
